Create the extension while maintaining the template of the existing volume. The solution consists of modifying the interior volumes, resizing the structures and accommodating intermediate levels. To achieve this, barely a quarter of the existing structure is preserved. The new building is built on two levels. It was decided to keep the foundation raft as well as part of the metal structure by reinforcing them at the level of the vertical elements and the load-bearing slabs, because new services planned for the roof will add loads.
